The level of service has been excellent from the very beginning. Mando’s customer service is highly knowledgeable, customer-focused and friendly. Our contact person has always listened to us and taken our needs into account, and has sometimes even called simply to ask how things are going.
The service has been prompt from day one, both remotely and on site in Suomenlinna. Reports are easy to access, and sales monitoring is versatile and easy to use. We feel lucky to have Mando as our POS system.
