Our initial apprehension soon turned into genuine delight when reports became easily available in real time. Event sales could be compiled at the touch of a button instead of spending several working days recording the reports manually. Communication with Mando was smooth and the cooperation was flawless. We felt that the success of our event was just as important to them as it was to us.
